ULTIMATE OAHU EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF HAWAII WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1) SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Ultimate Oahu Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins on September 28, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM HST (the “Promotion Period”). The Administrator runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

2) ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Hawaii who at time of entry are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and non-employee workers of Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii-The Odom Corporation (the “Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola Company and other Coca-Cola bottlers, Monster Beverage Corporation, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising, promotion, and internet agencies, suppliers and any other companies engaged in the development, administration, production, fulfillment or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes (each a “Released Entity” and collectively the “Released Entities”) and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each entrant (the “Entrant” or “Participant”) by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and by Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. This Sweepstakes is void outside the State of Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3) HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible Participants may access the online entry form by scanning the Quick Response (“QR”) code found on advertising materials at participating retail locations in the state of Hawaii with your web-enabled mobile device. Proof of scanning the QR code does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an entry. Alternatively, to enter the Sweepstakes WITHOUT making a store visitation or scanning a QR code, go to www.ultimateoahuexperience2026.com (the “Website”). Then follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including providing your full name, address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number and a valid email address. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By completing and submitting the required information the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”). Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per day. Entries in excess of this limit are void. For the purposes of this Promotion, a day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM HST and ending the same day at 11:59 PM HST. Entry information collected for/from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules.

When using a web-enabled mobile device, message and data rates apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Except where prohibited by law, Entrants irrevocably grant to the Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse your name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation of Entrant. Unless prohibited by law, Entrants waive any rights of privacy, rights of publicity, intellectual property rights, and other rights that may preclude Sponsor from using or disclosing all or any part of your Entry in any manner and for any purpose. By participating, Entrants further release Sponsor from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of Entrants participation consistent with these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that Entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.

4) RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about November 2, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winner is subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

5) PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: An Ultimate Oahu Experience prize package comprised of the following: Tickets to Blue Note Hawaii for a year, awarded as four (4) tickets per calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive months, for a total of forty-eight (48) tickets (ARV $3,000), a 2-nights’ accommodations at Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel (one room/double occupancy) (ARV $1,800), a Blue Hawaiian Helicopter tour for winner and a guest (ARV $800), a Monster Swag Bag (ARV $300), Dinner for winner and a guest at Duke’s Waikiki Restaurant, awarded in the form of a $200 gift certificate, two (2) Oahu Golf Apparel polos (ARV $200) and a Holokai Catamaran Cruise for 2 (ARV $175). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $6,475.

6) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right, where legally permissible, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by the winner. Sponsor and Administrator make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. At Sponsors’ sole discretion, prize may vary from what has been advertised, pictured, etc. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined solely by the Sponsor. Prize will be fulfilled after verification of eligibility.

Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer (including printed expiration date), and winner and guest(s) agree to comply with such terms and conditions as well as with all venue rules and regulations. Tickets must be redeemed and used within their designated calendar month. Any unused allocation of the four (4) monthly tickets will expire at the end of that specific calendar month and cannot be rolled over, accumulated, or transferred to a subsequent month. All expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned herein as being provided, are not included as part of the prize, and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest, including, but not limited to all ground transportation, travel and any applicable insurance, room service, parking fees, food, beverages, tips, gratuities, service charges and any other personal expenses incurred. Presentation of a credit card by the Grand Prize winner may be required at the time of hotel check-in.

Winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims, or liabilities of their guest related to any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any actions, claims or liabilities related to a guest’s use of the prize. The Released Entities are not responsible if tickets, gift certificates, etc. are lost, stolen, or misplaced or if any booked activity is missed for any reason by the prize winner or their guest and none will be replaced.

If the Grand Prize, in part or in its entirety, is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, then the Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

7) WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be contacted by the Administrator via email and will be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents (collectively, the “Documents”): [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release and [2] IRS Form W-9 to include winner’s social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service (as required for winner of prize valued at $2,000 or more). If the potential winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (ii) fails to return the completed Documents by the date stated in the notification letter/email; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner and an alternate potential winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

8) OTHER INFORMATION: All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence with non-winning Entrants. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to this Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.

9) RELEASE: Entrants/winner agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Entities and their respective successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/receipt/travel to and/or from prize-related activity/location and/or participation/use or misuse of a prize, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to a prize after it has been delivered/awarded and agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s representatives, which are final. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of theOfficial Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of prizes.

10) NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CORRUPT THE PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Released Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect/inaccurate, undeliverable or mistranscribed entry information, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind regardless of cause, including any injury or damage to any person's mobile device/computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion; or lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if for any reason, the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event beyond the Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any force majeure event or if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor/it’s agencies, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a drawing to award the prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. The failure of the Released Entities to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, epidemic/pandemic, act of public enemies, force majeure event, or any act outside of the Sponsor’s control will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

11) CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its choice of laws or conflict of law provisions. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. By participating, entrants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Hawaii for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion. Entrant agrees that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including any costs associated with participation in this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and under no circumstances will entrants/winners be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants/winner hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages or any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12) PRIVACY: Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Sweepstakes for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.odomcorp.com/privacy-policy. Information collected from Entrants (such as name, postal address, and email address) will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any manner by the Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from the Sponsor or a third party.

13) WHO WON?: For the name of winner, send an email with the subject line: “Coca-Cola Bottling of HI Ultimate Oahu Experience Sweepstakes Winner” to winnerslist@mkpromosource.com, to be received by November 16, 2026. A winners list will be available on or about November 16, 2026, or after the winner has been verified.
